“Kashmiris are a key party to the dispute because they are the ones who have to take a decision in regard to their political future,” Masood Khan said added that mediation either initiated by President Trump or the United Nations should revolve around the wishes and aspirations of Kashmiri people and the framework of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
